All domestic orders are shipped first class via USPS with delivery confirmation. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Items that are made by hand and to order, are processed in the order they are received. Made to order items ship within 2-5 business days from purchase. Items listed as "in stock and ready to ship" will ship within 1-2 days of purchase.


Exchanges and credits are accepted up to 10 days after item is received. In the event of an exchange or credit, the customer is responsible for shipping costs involved in the returning of the item. Item must be sent back with the original packaging and receipt of purchase. 


Due to the nature of vintage and salvaged material, slight differences in colors or marks of age may be on the materials used to create your jewelry. Please expect the color and tone of your piece to vary slightly from the one photographed. At times Brass and Copper jewelry may acquire a darker color/patina with frequent wear. If you wish to remove it, simply use a jewelry polishing cloth to wipe down the piece of jewelry, or a fine grade steel wool to gently buff the surface of your jewelry.

Each piece of jewelry is constructed by hand and is very delicate. Please care for your jewelry by keeping it out of water and removing it to shower or to exercise. Keep your jewelry in a secure, dry place in between uses.

Necklace chain measurements are taken with the jewelry unclasped and laid flat.
